• August tuition will be prorated and is due at time of enrollment along with a registration fee.

• Registration Fee (separate from tuition): due at time of enrollment and will process within 1 to 3 business days of enrolling - 1st dancer on account: $55, 2nd dancer on account: $30, 3rd+ dancer on account: $15.

• Tuition Discounts: Pay for 1st semester in full and receive 5% off (August - December). Pay for year in full and receive 10% off (August - May). NO REFUNDS.

HFS follows Tulsa Public Schools closings for holiday breaks.

HFS will be closed for the following:

Labor Day: September 4th

Fall Break: Oct. 18th - 20th

Thanksgiving Break: Nov. 20th - 24th

Winter Break: Dec. 18th - Jan. 2nd

Martin L. King Day: Jan. 15th

Spring Break: March 18th - 22nd

HFS will be closed for snow/ice when Tulsa Public Schools close due to snow/ ice. You will be notified via email and posting via social media.

Policies and Procedures

• Download our GoMotion by NBC’s SportsEngine app to assist with updating payment methods, seeing class information, closings and updates (this app is an orange icon that says “GO” & is available on Google Play & the App Store).
• Fall 2023-2024 Enrollments: All students are required to pay a non-refundable $75 costume fee that is due on or before November 30th. Your account will be auto drafted on 11/30 unless you request a different payment method (Adult Hip Hop is exempt from this fee). For students who enroll after 11/30, the costume fee is due 1 week after enrolling.
• Registration Fee: due at time of enrollment and will process within 1 to 3 business days of enrolling - 1st dancer on account: $55, 2nd dancer on account: $30, 3rd+ dancer on account: $15.
• Summer Class Registration Fee: $25 per student - Summer Class Registration Fee: $25 per student - this will be applied as credit toward your Fall Registration Fees should you enroll!

• Tuition: Tuition is due on the 1st of each month and is autodrafted. A card is required to be on file for all accounts, including EPIC accounts. There is a 3.9% + 30 cents processing fee that will apply to any charge processed through GoMotion. Your account will be charged a $25 late fee if tuition is not paid by the 10th of each month.
• Studio Closings: HFS follows Tulsa Public Schools closings for inclement weather, school breaks, and holidays i.e. Winter/Spring break (tuition will not be prorated/refunded). There will be no make-up days for Holiday Breaks. If anything changes, you will be updated via the email address on file.
• Illness/Vacation/Attendance: Tuition is not prorated/refunded for unused classes due to illnesses or vacations. If another class is available, students are encouraged to make up classes missed. Make up class requests must be emailed to [email protected] and must include the dates that will be missed and the dates you wish to make the classes up. Please remember, tuition is not attendance based.
• Classrooms: Parents are allowed to view dance class on their child’s first day of class only. After their 1st class, parents are not permitted inside the classrooms while dance is in session. This allows all of the students to feel more comfortable in their environment and minimizes distractions.
• Disenrollment Policy: Members must give a 30-day notice and fill out a disenrollment form if leaving before the end of May. This means your account will potentially be charged tuition for the following month, depending on when you submit the disenrollment form. After March 1st, students are not allowed to disenroll as classes are preparing for the end of year performances. Day 1 of your disenrollment begins when your form is received. Disenrollment is not accepted via email/text/messengers.
